Communication is an important function when you're a Firstleaf member as we strive to keep you up to date on order confirmations, upcoming club shipments, tracking details and specials that fit within your personal preferences.
If you feel you aren not receiving emails from us, you may want to check your spam folder. If you find your Firstleaf emails in that folder, simply mark the emails as “Not Spam" and they will start to appear in your inbox moving forward. You may also want to add Firstleaf to your contacts list or create a filter to ensure emails go to your inbox.
We now also offer text message options so you know when you delivery is in route. Just visit your account page to sign up or call Member Experience if you need assistance.
