Changing Frequency Of Orders

You can control how often you receive your order, and adjust the frequency of delivery from 2 weeks up to 12 weeks.   

We also realize there may be a time when you have an abundance of wine or just need to pause your shipments for a bit.  We don't want you to lose your membership benefits during this time so we've made it easy for you to simply put your account on "pause" for a few months when needed. 

CHANGING FREQUENCY:  You can update the frequency of your deliveries by following these simple steps:

1. 1. Log into your account here
   2. Go to the Club Orders page at the top of the screen
   3. You can see the date of when your next order will ship
   4. Click the date to make changes to the frequency
   5. Select any frequency between 2 - 12 weeks
   6. You will see the message "Saved! We updated your box!"

Please note- changing your frequency does not change the ship date of your next order.
