If you receive a wine you don't like be sure to rate it as a thumbs down so you don't receive it again.
Our satisfaction guarantee allows for a credit if you don't enjoy a wine. We’ll credit you the bottle, where legal, just reach out to us at service@firstleaf.com within 30 days of delivery. Send an email to service@firstleaf.com and include the name of the bottle and the reason you didn't enjoy it. The Member Experience team will then apply a credit onto your account which will be applied to your next order.
Note: The credit will equal the value paid for the bottle and does exclude shipping charges.
