You can change the date of your club order as long as it has not already processed. If it has processed, the changes you make will not take affect until the order after.
Changing the date can help if you aren't going to be home for the scheduled delivery.
To update the ship date of your next order, simply follow these steps:
If your order has already processed, the ship date cannot be edited from the Firstleaf site. To update the delivery date of an order that has already processed, contact our Member Experience team at 1-800-461-7203 . Please note - there are limits on how far in advance we can reschedule a delivery and we may not be able to successfully recall it if it has already shipped. There is a $25 restocking fee for any orders cancelled that are processed and/or shipped.
