We realize there may be a time when you have an abundance of wine or other expenses may take priority for a month or two. We don't want you to lose your membership benefits during this time so we've made it easy for you to simply pause it or change/update your frequency!
You can update the frequency of your deliveries by following these simple steps:
- Log into your account here
- Go to the Club Orders page at the top of the screen
- You can see the date of when your next order will ship
- Click the date to make changes to the frequency
- Select any frequency between 2 - 12 weeks
- You will see the message "Saved! We updated your box!"
Please note- changing your frequency does not change the ship date of your next order.
If that’s still too soon for you, not to worry! You can always change the ship date of your next order by using the calendar function from this same page.
- Click any date on the calendar to make changes to the your next delivery
- Make sure to click Save
- You will see the message "Saved! We updated your settings!"
Reminder: Selecting Save will lock in your ship date. If you view your wines and select Lock Wines, your wines will be reserved and your card will be charged without affecting the shipping date.
