Packages do require a signature by an adult 21 years or older. If you aren't going to be home, you can cancel your upcoming club order before it has processed and/or shipped. Once your card has been charged, this means your order has been processed and shipped. It cannot be canceled without a $25 restocking fee.
We provide our members with a few options to ensure your package gets into your hands regardless if your schedule changes:
- Did you know our carriers can make up to 3 attempts to deliver your wine?
- Did you know you can have your package held by the carrier which allows you to pickup your wine at your convenience?

Please note: if you would still like your processed order to be recalled, reach out via 1-800-461-7203 and we can refund you minus our $25 restocking fee.
If an order is shown as delivered in the tracking information, we are not able to issue a full refund.
