If you need to change the address on an order that's already gone out, you can provide the carrier with instructions on where to deliver it.
- FedEx Delivery Manager account: Once your order is shipped you can change the address or designate a third party hold location FedEx has partnered with such as your local Safeway, CVS or Walgreens. You can sign up for a FedEx Ship Manager account here.
- UPS My Choice Account: Signing up for the account is free, and you can change the address anytime once it has been sent out or have the package held at a hold location in their network so you can pick it up at your convenience. You can sign up for a UPS My Choice account here.
If you prefer to speak with a member of our team, we can assist you in redirecting the shipment.
Please note - The Member Experience team is only able to submit one address update per order, and it is not guaranteed that we will be able to catch the shipment if the order is to be delivered within less than 24 hours. The best way to get faster updates is signing up with the carriers site which allows you control of the package once it's left our facility.
