If you don't enjoy a bottle in your club order for some reason, it is covered by our satisfaction guarantee! Please reach out to Member Experience at service@firsteaf.com within 30 days of delivery. In your note, please share the name of the wine and the reason you didn't enjoy it to allow us to filter your account to your preferences. In most cases, a wine bottle credit will be applied to your account which will add a replacement bottle to your next club order.
Please note: Credits expire when a membership is cancelled or terminated. You may want to "Pause" your membership instead to keep credits active on your account for the future!
Discovering new wines is a process and it takes us some time to learn exactly what you like. By rating the wine, you help us understand exactly what you like and dislike.
