Intro Order & Joining the Club

If you purchase the six bottle introductory order, your first club order is automatically set to arrive 29 days later. After that, all future orders will follow the frequency you set - anywhere between 2 to 12 weeks!  Also see article:  Introductory Orders & Club Enrollment

You can update the ship date of your next order by following these simple steps:

1. Log into your account here
2. Go to the Club Orders page at the top of the screen
3. You can see the date of when your next order will ship
4. Click the date to make any changes to the your next delivery
5. Select any date from the calendar, and click Save
6. You will see the message "Saved! We updated your settings!"

Please note- changing your frequency does not change the ship date of your next order. You can update the frequency of your deliveries by following these simple steps:

Reminder:  Clicking 'Save' will lock in your ship date. If you view your wines and click 'Lock Wines', your wines will be reserved and your card will be charged without affecting the shipping date
