Pausing Account

Choose to pause instead of canceling and keep all your benefits during your temporary break. Firstleaf is all about flexibility. Pause your membership for a few months or just skip your next order.  We'll send you a reminder before your next shipment.  Just be sure to do this prior to your next order processing to avoid a restocking fee.  

1. Log into your account here
2. Go to the MY ACCOUNT 
3. Then click on MEMBERSHIP STATUS on the left hand side
4. Click CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
5. Bottom of next page will prove a PAUSE option for you
6. Select the date for your next shipment on the calendar
7. Remember to click SAVE & PAUSE to lock in your changes
