A lot of our members have found it useful to pause their orders for a variety of reasons, which still allows them access to Firstleaf benefits. To postpone or delay the date of your next order, follow these easy steps:

- Log into your account here
- Go to the Club Orders page at the top of the screen
- You can see the date of when your next order will ship
- Click the date of your next order to make changes to the ship date or frequency
- Select any frequency between 2 - 12 weeks from the drop down
- Or, click any date on the calendar to set your next ship date
- Make sure to click Save
- You will see the message 'Saved! We updated your box!'
You can also send a message to service@firstleaf.com to let us know when you’d like to receive your next shipment. We can set this to any date!
