You can cancel your upcoming club order at any time before your credit card is charged. Once your card has been charged, this means your order has been processed and shipped. It cannot be canceled without a $25 restocking fee.
We provide our members with a few options to ensure your package gets into your hands regardless if your schedule changes:
- Did you know our carriers can make up to 3 attempts to deliver your wine?
- Did you know you can have your package held by the carrier which allows you to pickup your wine at your convenience?
- Our carriers have simplified some of the processes and have give you access to make adjustments simply by going to their website:

Please note: if you would still like your processed order to be recalled, reach out and we can refund you minus our $25 restocking fee.
If an order is shown as delivered in the tracking information, we are not able to issue a full refund.
