If we've made a mistake or did not live up to your expectations, we want to know and would like to make it right. Even if it means you still cancel in the end, you'll still get to shop in our wine store for exclusive wines from around the world.

To cancel on the website, visit your Your Account from the drop down at the upper-right of the page. Click Membership Status on the left to cancel.
There is never a fee to cancel your Firstleaf account. If you find yourself on a website that charges a fee to cancel - this is a typically an outside service that advertises to cancel your monthly subscriptions. Please exit the advertised website and call the number above to cancel free-of-charge.
Please note - if an order has left the warehouse and is on its way to you, we are unable to cancel and issue a full refund. If you wish to have your order returned to the warehouse, we're happy to issue a refund minus a $25 restocking fee.
